AMD Rumored to Announce Ryzen 7 9800X3D Processor at Event on October 23-24

On October 19, 2024, sources revealed that AMD is expected to hold a press event from October 23 to 24, where the company might unveil the new Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor.

A promotional image circulating on social media, shared by @9550pro on October 18, indicates that the event will take place in Zhuhai and Macau, featuring AMD’s Ryzen 7 series branding.

In previous reports, benchmark tests of the Ryzen 7 9800X3D showed impressive performance gains over its predecessor, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, with a 20% boost in single-core performance and a 28% increase in multi-core performance in the Cinebench R23 test.
