DaVinci Resolve 19 Official Version Released: Basic Version is Free

On August 26, it was reported that the official version of DaVinci Resolve 19 was released on August 22. The latest version of this popular video editing software introduces the DaVinci Neural Engine AI tool and upgrades more than 100 features, enhancing its capabilities across various aspects of video production.

DaVinci Resolve is widely used for editing, color grading, visual effects, motion graphics, and audio post-production.

The newly released DaVinci Resolve 19 is available in two versions: the basic version, which is free, and the DaVinci Resolve Studio 19, which is priced at INR 31,237 or approx 2,650 yuan.

Key updates in DaVinci Resolve 19 include:

• Quick Edit and Edit Pages: New tools like Multi-Source editing and a trim editor have been added for more efficient editing workflows.
• Coloring Page: Introduction of the ColorSlice vector coloring panel, IntelliTrack AI tracking, UltraNR noise reduction tool, Film Look Creator, Defocus Background, and Face Refinement, among others.
• Fairlight: AI tools such as Fairlight AI audio panning, Music Remixer FX, Dialogue Separator FX, and Ducker FX have been incorporated to enhance audio editing.
• Fusion: Enhancements include support for uVolume VDB files, MultiPoly dynamic masking, a new multi-layer merge tool, and an expanded USD toolset.
• Transcription Workflow: Improvements allow for editing the timeline based on transcribed text, detecting speakers during transcription, and importing/exporting transcriptions of SRT and SRTX files.
• DaVinci Resolve Replay Support: This feature allows URSA Cine, PYXIS, and Camera App users to sync media to the media bin for editing while recording.
