In the poster seen here in the featured image, Xiaomi said that the world’s best-selling Android One model is back, and the small text in the lower right corner also points to the source of the data.
Right now, the official renders of the Xiaomi A3 mobile phone have also shown up online. Basically what we can confirm from this is that the appearance of the device is almost like the Xiaomi CC 9e.
Not long ago, Slashleaks and other websites reported a Mi model i.e. M1906F9SH, which had passed FCC and IMDA certification. According to FCC certification information, this phone is an Android One phone with three cameras and the main camera with 48 MP sensor. The same model has also been certified in Russia.
Xiaomi Mi A3 specifications and details
Right now live images of the Xiaomi Mi A3, as well as its box images, have leaked online. The retail box hints towards the fact that this device would be available in three different colours i.e. White, Blue and Black.
The Mi A3 would come with a waterdrop style notch display. The back features a triple camera setup which is present vertically in the upper left corner. The bottom left would also sport the Xiaomi logo vertically. While the Android one logo would be placed on the bottom right of the device.
The live images also confirm the suspicion that it would not be powered by Snapdragon 730 chipset as claimed by a few initial reports. The device would come with a Snapdragon 665 chipset, 4030 mAh battery and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
It would also have a 48 MP primary and an ultra-wide sensor. There would be a 32 MP selfie camera on this device.
It will sport a 6.08 inch AMOLED display, and would also come with 18W fast charging support. All of these specifications align this device perfectly with the Mi CC9e which was launched some time ago. It might even be a Global version of the already available device. While the MI CC9e comes with an HD+ display the MI A3 is expected to sport an FHD+ display.
